LETÍCIA STALLONE

Letícia Stallone

Letícia (she/her) is a research curator with a keen focus on decolonial initiatives, accessibility, and supporting artists on the margins, particularly in Brazil. With a Phd in linguistics and over 15 years of experience, she's collaborated with various museums and universities, dedicated to making academic content more accessible to a broad audience. Her recent work has revolved around natural history exhibitions and delving into the scientific contributions of European naturalists in the Global South during the colonial era, always striving for equitable education and outreach. Letícia is interested in innovative exhibition-making approaches, particularly those integrating contemporary works to tell unconventional stories and provide fresh perspectives—uncovering histories often overlooked in mainstream education. As a research curator at IMMART, Letícia conducts key research, curates exhibitions and also works with project design and knowledge development.
