Ilaria Tucci

Ilaria Tucci (she, her) holds a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies from Tampere University (Finland, 2022). Professional actor (MA in acting, 2002) and graduated with honors from the University of Pisa in peace studies (MA, 2013), her work combines applied theatre and peace research. Ilaria works as a theatre practitioner, peace researcher, university lecturer, community facilitator and diversity agent. She is currently working as a Diversity expert in the Culture for All project "Diversity as a starting point for municipalities' art and culture activities in 2025" (2023-2024). More specifically, she works at the Accountability Partnership Pilot Program for Municipalities, in cooperation with the Oulu 2026 team and the Cultural Unit of the City of Espoo.
