Ninos Josef (1989), Swedish-Aramaic, is an award-winning and internationally acclaimed dancer and actor. He is educated at The Royal Swedish Ballet School and has danced with some of the most renowned dance companies in the world, most recently at The Royal Swedish Opera and as an actor at The Royal Dramatic Theatre in Stockholm. Josef received a BFA Honors Degree in Fine Arts and an MA Degree in Middle East Studies, with a focus on cultural development, and was previously the Editor in Chief at Kultwatch, platform for the arts and intersectional cultural analysis. He has been commissioned as a development strategist in diversity and inclusion for the Nordic Council of Ministers, Norwegian presidency and is appointed by the Swedish Government as a board member at the Swedish Arts Grants Committee. Ninos has also been a project leader for Stockholm Model United Nations and RFSL - Swedish National Association for LGBTQ rights. Josef has served as an expert and consultant for several state organisations such as Arts Council Norway, Public Art Agency Sweden, Swedish National Art Council and many more. Today Ninos is a freelance performer, consultant and educator.
